  • 250 grams Ash gourd (petha vegetable)
  • 1/2 cup Oil
  • 1 chopped onions
  • 1 tbsp Ginger garlic paste
  • 1 tomato
  • 1 tbsp Peanuts paste
  • 1 tbsp Cumin seeds
  • To taste Salt
  • 1 tbsp red chilli powder
  • 1 tbsp coriander powder
  • 1 tbsp Turmeric powder
  • 2 tsp chopped coriander leaves
  • As needed water

Instructions

  • Take a pan add oil and heat it.add cumin seeds, chopped onion golden brown it.add ginger garlic paste, peanuts paste mix it well.
  • Add salt, turmeric powder, red chilli powder, coriander powder mix it well add tomato and petha cook it 15 mins.
  • Garnish for coriander leaves Serve it hot.
