Ingredients

  • Maida 1 bowl
  • Oil 5 spoon
  • Oil For frying
  • Salt 2 table spoon
  • Besan 2 spoon
  • Sabut dhaniya 2 spoon
  • Jeera 1 spoon
  • Garm masala 1/2 spoon
  • Dry ginger powder 1/2 spoon
  • White til 1 spoon
  • Orgeno 2 spoon

Instructions

  • Take a maida in bowl, add oil and salt mix it well (make moyan) .Add water and make a dough.Rest for 10 minutes.
  • In kadahi dry roast dhaniya, jeera, besan,ginger powder,garam masala powder, orgeno,salt,til. Grind it all.
  • Make a 2 loi from dough. Roll it like a chapati. Spread pizza sauce on it. Then spread masala powder evenly. Make a roll. Cut into 1 inches pieces. And lightly press from hand.
  • Heat oil in kadahi . Golden fry all bhakar badi.

Notes/Tips

If want add sugar powder in masala. Also if wanted add amchur powder.
