- Take a cup of poha soak in water for 5 mins.Rinse well and drain water and set aside. Heat oil in a pan - add mustard seeds, jeera let it crackle then add slit green chilli. Add onion and saute till transparent, then add chopped potato,saute for a minute. Then add all the spice powders along with salt. Saute well for 5 mins in low flame, then add 1/4 cup water and let it cook. Cook covered for few mins until potato turn soft. When it still slightly moist add poha. Toss well until the masalas coat well.Add chopped coriander leaves, mix well and switch off. Serve hot.
