  • Chana dal
  • Chilli powder
  • Oil
  • Salt
  • Cumin
  • Cinnamon
  • Curry leaves
  • Green chillies
  • Onion
  • Besan
  • Coriander

Instructions

  • soak channa dal for about 4-5 hours and strain the water. Keep aside. In a blender, add cinnamom stick ,red chilies, cumin seeds along with soaked channa dal and coarsly blend. Then transfer this mixture to a bowl, season it with chopped coriander leaves, curry leaves, green chilies, onion and mix well. To it, even add besan flour if the mixture is not bonding and pinch of salt, make into flat dumplings and deef fry in medium heat till golden color and crispy. Serve with tomato ketchup.
