  • 300 gm Potato
  • 1 glass water
  • 50 gm Coriander
  • Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Garam masala
  • 1 1/2 Green chilli
  • 1 / 1/2 tsp Raisin
  • 250 gm Besan
  • 1/2 tsp Hing
  • 1 tsp Carom seeds
  • 1/2 tsp Red chilli
  • Green coriander chutney
  • 3 tbsp yellow sev
  • 100 gm Coriander
  • 1 tsp green chilli
  • Salt
  • 1 1/2 tsp lemon

Instructions

  • For batter : Take besan in bowl put salt,green chilli, hing, carom seeds,and put some water in it. Mix it well and mix till there is no lumps.
  • For potato mix : Take boiled potato in bowl put red chilli, pinch of salt, 1/2 tsp green chilli, garam masala, raisins, red chilli, coriander and then make balls.
  • Then deep that balls in besan batter and then fry in oil.
  • Step for chutney take mixer and put washed coriander in it, 1 tsp lemon, yellow sev, green chilli, salt and then grind it properly. And your chutney is ready.
