- wash and soak rice for 15 minutes
- heat ghee and add cumin seeds, cinnamon stick, cardamom, ginger garlic paste, green chillies and curry leaves fry for a Minute.
- now add turmeric powder & coriander Powder.
- add rice and toss nicely in Ghee.
- add masala powder, sliced potato, mixed Veggies, Blackpeas,salt, sugar and mix well altogether.
- add water and cook in a vessel with close fitting lid on medium fire until tender and water is absorbed.
