- Boil the soaked yellow matar in a pressure cooker for one whistle. Allow it to cool down.
- Heat pot with oil, add seeds and allow to crackle.
- Mix dry chilli, chopped onion, garlic and green chilli, saute till translucent and aromatic.
- Add the boiled yellow matar and dry masalas as well as salt. Fry for 5-6 minutes on low to medium flame.
- Garnish with chopped green coriander leaves green chilli and tomato and relish with Murmura/Jhamudhi
