- Wash dal & rice with enough water & keep aside.
- Heat oil, add cloves, cardamom , green chilli & chopped garlic. Fry it for few minutes minutes.
- Add chopped onion , tomato & ginger paste. Add salt & all spices. Add all veggies & saute it till soft.
- Add rice & dal & mix it well. Add 3cup of hot water , cover it & cook it well. If needed add more water.
- Once it's cooked add ghee & switch off the flame.
- Serve it hot.
