Ingredients

  • 2 cup Green peas
  • 2 boiled potatoes
  • 2 tsp Green chilli paste
  • 2 cup Whole wheat flour
  • as per taste Salt
  • 1 tsp red chilli powder
  • 1 tsp garam masala
  • 1 tsp Dry mango powder
  • Pinch turmeric powder
  • 2 tbsp Oil
  • 1 tsp Cumin seeds
  • 1 tsp Green chilli and ginger paste
  • as required Ghee/butter to roast

Instructions

  • Take the wheat flour add oil, salt and bind semi soft dough Rest the dough for 10 - 15 minutes
  • Take a pan add oil and Cumin seeds now add green peas add mashed boiled potatoes add salt and spices and mix them well
  • Make round tikkis and shallow fry them
  • Take a small portion of dough and start rolling in the round shape and roast in the non-stick pan, keep aside
  • Now take the Tortilla Wrap apply some mayonnaise or some sauce over the wrap place the tikki and some grated cheese close the wrap and roast the wrap by applying butter or ghee.
  • The Wrap is Ready to serve
