- Take green peas, ginger, green chilli and coriander leaves in mixture jaar. Crush it.
- Add this paste in mixing bowl followed by wheat flour and semolina.
- Add salt and 3 tbsp ghee. Mix properly. Knead dough from adding water little by little. Knead it medium hard. Add 1 tbsp ghee and knead again.
- Add salt in cooker and preheat cooker.
- Apply ghee on cake tin. Take small portion and make tikki. Cut with knife showing in photo. Place bati in tin.
- Bake it 8 to 10 minutes on low to medium flame. Check it. Apply ghee on top side and flip it. Again bake it 7 to 8 minutes. Check it. If not back more time. It's depend on tin and cooker quality.
- Apply ghee on prepared baati and serve it.
