- Heat oil in a pan, then Add cumin seeds to crackle, then add ginger green chilli paste and all dry spices and soute for few seconds on low flame.
- Add tomato puree and mix well and saute till oil leaves from tomato puree, then add green peas and salt and saute for 2 - 3 minutes.
- Add one cup of water and cover it and cook for 5 minutes on low flame. Garnish with chopped coriander leaves Matar ka jhol is ready to eat. Serve with aloo paratha, Poori and roti.
