  • Maida
  • Oil
  • Salt
  • Lukewarm water
  • Boiled green peas
  • Ginger paste
  • Ghee
  • Hing
  • Jeera
  • Red chilli powder
  • Jeera powder
  • Coriander powder
  • Garam masala
  • Salt
  • Oil

Instructions

  • Make a soft dough using all the listed ingredients and keep it to rest for atleast 30mins.
  • Mash the boiled green peas. In a pan, add ghee, jeera and hing. Once jeera crackles, add the mashed peas, salt and all the spices. Cook on low flame for about 10mins till the moisture from peas is evaporated. Keep aside to cool.
  • Make 12 equal sized balls fron the dough and flatten them slightly using hands. Stuff about 1-1.5tbsp of peas mixture and seal tightly from all ends. Flatten it gently using hands.
  • Heat the oil in a kadai and once its hot, fry 3-4 kachoris at a time on low flame till golden brown. Serve hot.

Notes/Tips

Do Not Fry the kachoris On High Or Medium Flame Else They Will Not Be Cooked Properly From Inside.
