Ingredients

  • Oil 1 tbsp + 1 tbsp
  • Butter 1 tbsp + 1 tbsp
  • Ginger Chilli garlic paste 2 tsp
  • Onion paste 1 cup
  • Tomato puree 1 cup
  • Salt to taste
  • Red chili powder 1 tsp
  • Kashmiri red chili powder 1 tsp
  • Hing 1/4 tsp
  • Turmeric powder 1/4 tsp
  • Cumin seeds 1 tsp
  • Ginger Chilli garlic paste 1 tsp
  • Chopped onion 1
  • Pa boiled green peas 1 cup
  • Kitchen king masala 1 tsp
  • Garm masala 1/2 tsp
  • Kasuri methi 1 tsp
  • Fresh cream 3-4 tbsp
  • Fried panner 150 grm

Instructions

  • For gravy  Heat the pan add oil and butter the add paste one by one till oil is released then do the seasoning and cook for 3-4 mins again.
  • For sabji Heat the oil and butter in pan, add jeera after that garlic paste and chopped onion, cook for 2-3 minutes
  • Now add green peas to it, the add gravy and remaining masala to it and water to adjust the consistency.
  • Finally add cream and panner to it and cook for 5-10 mins.
  • Garnish with Cream
  • Serve it hot with roti or paratha

U can shallow fry the panner
