- Wash poha, drain water & keep aside.
- Chop all the veggies.
- Heat oil, add cumin seeds, mustard seeds, chilli & peanuts to it.
- After that add onion & saute for a minute,then add potato, peas & mix well.
- Cover the pan & cook till veggies gets soften.
- After that add tomato, all the spices, sugar & mix well.
- Add soaked/ washed poha, lime juice & mix well.
- Garnish with coriander šæ, serve with bhujia & enjoy āŗļø
