3 cup water
2 potato
2 tbsp onion garlic paste
1/2 cup tomato paste
2 tbsp ginger paste
1 tsp Coriander -cumin powder
1 tbsp chili powder
1 pinch Turmeric
1 tbsp garam masala
as per taste Salt
3 +2 tbsp oil

Instructions

2 tbsp matar ko nikal le baki matar ko coarsely grind kar lein. heat d pan add oil... Potato ko fry kar k nikal
Grind kiye matar ko b bhoona kar alag rakh le. now add onion paste cook till golden brown.add ginger garlic paste cool till 2 min add tomato paste cook till oil release. add all dry masala cook till oil release, add matar paste and potato cook for 5 min add water cover cook and for five 10 min. matar nimona is ready to eat
