  • Maida
  • Oil
  • Salt

  • Ajwain

Instructions

  • Take a blender and add frozen peas and blend into a paste. In a bowl add maida,salt, blend peas paste,ajwain and mix. Then add water and make a soft dough. Keep aside for 1 hours. Take some portion of it and roll it and make a thin disc. Then cut into pieces using knife and Deep fry in oil. Cool down,then store in container.
