  • 1 bunch spinach 1/4 cup coriander
  • 2 tbsp ghee
  • 1 cup green peas

Instructions

  • Blanch spinach Add blanched spinach, green chillies, coriander, garlic to mixer and grind it finely Boil green peas for 2 minutes, strain it and keep it aside Add ghee to kadhai. Then add cinnamon, cloves and black pepper. Add chopped onion, cook it till it becomes transculent. Add turmeric powder. Stir it for a minute. Then add spinach paste to it. Cook it for 2 minutes Add boiled green peas, salt and cover the lid. Let it cook for 5-7 minutes. Add garam masala and cook for 2 minutes. Garnish with some chopped tomatoes Serve with paratha or jeera rice.
