- Take a bowl and add maida,sooji,ajwain,salt and mix well. Add water and make a dough. Keep aside. Take a pan and add oil,cumin,saunf,peas,hing,garam masala,red chilli powder,chaat masala, corinader, kasuri methi and mix well. Turn off the flame. Take some dough and roll it into a disc. Then cut it into long wide strips and place the prepared mixture in starting point and roll it and seal the edges with water. And deep fry.
