Ingredients

  • 1.Milk 3 cups
  • 2.Fresh cream 4 tablespoons.
  • 3.Milk powder 4 teaspoons
  • Grated cashew nuts 2 teaspoons
  • Grated almonds 2 teaspoons
  • Pistachio 2 teaspoons
  • A large pinch of saffron
  • Sugar 1 cup

Instructions

  • 1.Start boiling the milk, when it will boil, add whisked cream, and mix well.
  • 2.Then add milk powder and mix well.cook on a low flame.
  • Now add, almonds, cashew nuts and pistachio with the milk, and stir well.
  • Now add, saffron and sugar, mix well.Stir constantly.
  • Keep on boiling until milk thickense and reduces half.
  • Now pour the milk in matkas and refrigerate for 8 hours.
  • Serve chilled decorated with almond and saffron.
