- 1.Start boiling the milk, when it will boil, add whisked cream, and mix well.
- 2.Then add milk powder and mix well.cook on a low flame.
- Now add, almonds, cashew nuts and pistachio with the milk, and stir well.
- Now add, saffron and sugar, mix well.Stir constantly.
- Keep on boiling until milk thickense and reduces half.
- Now pour the milk in matkas and refrigerate for 8 hours.
- Serve chilled decorated with almond and saffron.
