  • Milk
  • Milkmaid
  • Pistachio
  • Cashew
  • Almonds
  • Cardamom
  • Kewda water

Instructions

  • Add milk in a pan. Add full tin of milkmaid.
  • Boil it for 20-25 minutes till start thickening.
  • Now add finely chopped dry fruits , grounded cardamom and kewda water. Now boil it for another 3-5 minutes.
  • Refrigerate it for overnight. Your kulfi is ready.

Notes/Tips

Cover the kulfi with aluminium foil before keeping it in refrigerator.
