  • Coconut grated

Instructions

  • To prepare this recipe, take a blending jar and add coriander seeds, fenugreek seeds, grated coconut, red chillies, turmeric and garlic. Blend all the ingredients well to make a smooth paste. Now, place a pan over medium flame and heat oil in it. Once the oil is heated add garlic, mustard seeds, curry leaves and stir it for a while. Then add the prepared paste and tomato in the pan. Saute it for 3-4 minutes. Add sprouted matki, salt and water in the pan. Cook for 15 minutes. Then add chopped spinach and cook again for 2-3 minutes Finally, pour the mixture in a bowl and garnish it with chopped coriander leaves and spring onions. Serve hot with rice, chapathi.
