  • 250 grams Channa
  • 2 pcs Onion
  • Channa masala
  • Ginger 1 small piece
  • Salt to taste
  • 2 tablespoon Red chilli powder
  • 2 pcs Tomatoes
  • 150 ml Water
  • leaves Coriander
  • Refined oil

Instructions

  • Take the pressure cooker and put the soaked channa in it and start the gas flame. Let the cooker whistle 4-5 times. Then close the flame.
  • Now prepare the tadka mixture. Take the fry pan and put the cut pieces of onion and fry it till it turns light brown. Now put tomatoes paste and channa masala, red chilli powder salt to taste.
  • Mix it well and put the batter into pressure cooker and mix it with channa.. Close the lid and let the cooker whistle 3-4 times.
  • Open the lid and serve it with poori Or roti and put some coriander leaves and onion pieces for garnish.
