- marinate vegetables and soya chunks in curd along with spices. in a pressure cooker heat 2 tbsp ghee and saute spices. additionally add in 1 onion and saute well followed by ½ tsp ginger garlic paste. add the prepared marinated soya and vegetables to the cooker and level them out. now add 1½ cup of basmati rice and spread evenly over marinated soya. sprinkle ¾ tsp salt, 3 tbsp fried onions ½ tsp biryani masala powder, 3 tbsp coriander & mint and 1 tsp ghee. furthermore, pour 2¼ cup of water from sides. cover and pressure cook for 2 whistles on medium flame. finally, serve the soya biryani.
