- Put soya chunks in boiled water, leave it for 5 min then drain & sqeeze extra water, keep it aside. Heat oil, ghee in a pan add cumin seeds, bay leaf fry. Add onion paste sauté till raw smell out. Add ginger, garlic, & green chilli paste sauté Add soya chunks, turmeric, & red chilli powder sauté. Add tomato puree let it boil Add cumin, coriander & pepper powder mix well Add cashew nut paste let it boil then add sugar Add garam masala powder & salt Finally add coriander leaves , cut off heat, serve hot with rice, chapati
