  • Rice flour
  • Besan
  • Salt
  • Red chilli powder
  • Hing
  • Baking soda
  • Ghee
  • Green chillies
  • Onion
  • Curry leaves
  • Cashew

Instructions

  • Grind an inch ginger with 2 green-chillies to coarse paste keep ready. Take sieved bengal gram flour in a mixing bowl with rice flour, needed salt, chilli powder, hing, baking soda, mix well. Then add ginger green chilli paste, chopped onion and ghee to this mixture. Mix well by adding water little at a time to a tight dough. Now add some curry leaves also and mix well then lastly add cashews and mix. Make balls and keep. Keep a kadai with oil to heat and when it heats up add these balls to fry golden. Adjust flame and cook the pakoda thoroughly and serve hot with chutney.
