Mediterranean Mango Salad

Here’s what you will need : 1 cup boiled broken wheat or couscous 1/2 cup ripe mango 1/4 cup onion 1/4 cup green bell pepper 1 tsp sliced garlic 5-6 walnuts 1/2 cup paneer/tofu 1 tbsp chilli flakes 1 tbsp oregano 2 tbsp olive oil 2 tbsp lime juice Mix it all up very well in a bowl and your tasty fresh tangy summer salad is ready.. ?
