Ingredients

  • 2 medium bowl wheat flour
  • 1 cup thick jaggery syrup
  • 1 tbsp fennel seeds
  • 1 tbsp khas khas(poppy seeds
  • 1 cup desi ghee or cooking oil for the dough
  • As needed Some ghee or oil for frying

Instructions

  • In bowl add wheat flour,ghee,fennel seeds n mix properly,then add little by little jaggery syrup & prepare the dough.
  • Then diivide the dough in five or six equal parts.Take the rolling pin n roll thick roti
  • Make any design with spoon or fork as per choice.Then heat ghee or cooking oil & deep fry them one by one on low flame.
  • Sprinkle poppy seeds when you transfer the rote in a plate n serve.Also preserve this for 3 to five days.
