- Firstly take large kadai heat 2 tbsp ghee and roast all nuts .
- Roast a golden brown in low flame and keep a side.
- In remaining ghee add cardamom, cloves ,saffron and 1 cup water and yellow food colour.
- Mix well making sure the colour is mix well.
- Further add 1 cup basmati rice and mix well and cook 10 minutes in medium flame.
- Mix gently making sure rice is half cooked.
- Further add sugar ,ghee and roast dry fruits.
- Making sure mix gently sugar melt and cook 5 minutes medium flame.
- Finally serve hot meethe chawal .garnish with dry fruits
