Ingredients

  • All purpose flour
  • Sugar
  • Sesame seeds
  • Powdered coconut
  • Semolina
  • Desi ghee
  • Milk
  • Cardimom

Instructions

  • 1. Grind dried coconut, cardimom and sugar seperate in mixer grinder
  • 2. Take mixing bowl add semolina and milk and mix it well. Cover the lid and keep aside for 30minutes.
  • 3. Now add all purpose flour, coconut, sesame seeds and clarified butter, rub the ingredients well
  • 4. Now add sugar and green cardamom powder and make soft dough by adding little by little milk. Cover the lid and keep aside for 1-2 hrs.
  • 5. Take handful dough and roll it and press it between your palm into 1/2cm biscuits. (You can also roll it using a rolling pin).
  • 6. Heat ghee in a pan fry all meethi tikiyan at low flame from both sides till it turn into golden . Take it out on absorbing Paper, let them cool on room Temperature and serve them.
