- Take a pan add 1cup ghee into it .
- Add sevai into the pan and fry them for 3-5 min.
- Add milk to it and sugar and cardamom powder accordingly.
- Now wait for 10 min till the liquid is absorbed by sevai.
- Now add the yellow food color if u wish to ....its completely optional.
- Now add milk cream to it or mawa .
- Now the dish is ready to serve.
- Garnish it with some more milk cream and some dryfruits.
