Ingredients

  • Sevai
  • Milk 3 cups
  • Milk cream 1cup
  • Sugar half cup
  • Cardamom powder 1 pinch
  • Dryfruits for garnishing
  • Ghee 1 cup
  • Yellow food color 1 pinch

Instructions

  • Take a pan add 1cup ghee into it .
  • Add sevai into the pan and fry them for 3-5 min.
  • Add milk to it and sugar and cardamom powder accordingly.
  • Now wait for 10 min till the liquid is absorbed by sevai.
  • Now add the yellow food color if u wish to ....its completely optional.
  • Now add milk cream to it or mawa .
  • Now the dish is ready to serve.
  • Garnish it with some more milk cream and some dryfruits.

Notes/Tips

Add cardamom powder or any other food essence to enhance the taste
