  • Fenugreek leaves
  • Bengal gram
  • Urad dal
  • Sesame seeds
  • Corinader seeds
  • Red chilli
  • Salt
  • Oil
  • Hing
  • Turmeric
  • Water

Instructions

  • Take a bowl and add water, Fenugreek leaves and blanch and drain the leaves. Take a pan and add oil,cumin, urad dal,red chilli and saute well Take a blender and add red chilli, corinader seeds,blanched leaves, sesame,salt and blend. Take into a bowl and add the tadka to this and mix well and serve.
