Ingredients

  • 1 cup wheat flour
  • 1 fourth teaspoon of salt
  • 1 teaspoon sesame seeds
  • Half cup of methi leaves
  • 2 tablespoons oil
  • Pinch red chilli powder
  • Pinch haldi
  • Half teaspoon of jeera

Instructions

  • Assemble all these things together and make a soft dough with help of water.
  • Take small portion of the the dough roll it, slit it by keeping interest the base, then overlap the layers then again roll it and make a small ball then gently give a texture of paratha.
  • Cook it in a low flame. Sirf with piece of white butter.
