  • Wheat Flour
  • Ghee
  • Jaggery
  • Powder Methi
  • almond
  • Cashew
  • Gond
  • Grined dry Coconut
  • Black Pepper

Instructions

  • Grate the balls. Fry agond in ghee and fry it. Grind cashew nuts and almonds in a mixer. Take 1 teaspoon of ghee in a pan and heat it on the gas, soak coconut powder in it for 1 minute and take it out in a plate.
  • Now heat 1 spoon of ghee in the same pan and take cashew almond powder for 1 minute and take it out in a plate.
  • Now heat 1 kg of ghee in a pan, add flour to it and fry it on a low flame till it becomes a bad color.
  • Now turn off the gas, add gum, gola and cashew almond powder to the roasted flour and take it out in a vessel.
  • Now take two spoons of ghee in a pan and mix jaggery in it and heat it on gas. Stir the jaggery continuously with a spoon until the whole jaggery melts. Now turn off the gas and add the remaining mixture to the melted jaggery.
  • When the mixture of laddus is lukewarm, then add fenugreek powder to it and make Ladoos. Leave it for a while and when the Ladoos is set then you can eat it.
