- Chop the methi leaves.
- In a mixing bowl add wheat flour. Also add oil and mox well
- Add chopped fresh methi leaves, salt, carrom seeds, turmeric powder, red chilli powder, green chillies and mix well.
- Using water knead a soft dough.
- Roll it like a roti. Cook it on a hot tawa on medium flame. Cook it from both the sides. Apply little oil on each side while cooking it.
- Serve along with chai.
