  • Wheat flour
  • Fresh methi leaves
  • Salt
  • Carrom seeds
  • Chopped green chillies
  • Oil for kneading
  • Turmeric powder
  • Red chilli powder
  • Dhaniya jeera powder
  • Oil for shellow frying

Instructions

  • Chop the methi leaves.
  • In a mixing bowl add wheat flour. Also add oil and mox well
  • Add chopped fresh methi leaves, salt, carrom seeds, turmeric powder, red chilli powder, green chillies and mix well.
  • Using water knead a soft dough.
  • Roll it like a roti. Cook it on a hot tawa on medium flame. Cook it from both the sides. Apply little oil on each side while cooking it.
  • Serve along with chai.
