  • Malai
  • Salt
  • Turmeric powder
  • Red chilli powder
  • Coriander powder
  • Garam masala
  • Onion
  • Tomatoes
  • Ginger
  • Garlic
  • Cashews
  • Coriander
  • Kasoori methi

Instructions

  • Heat oil in a pan, add chopped fenugreek and roast it.
  • Heat oil in another pan, add chopped onions, ginger, garlic, cashews, tomatoes and cook till the tomatoes are soft.Now cool this mixture and grind it.
  • Now heat the oil again in the pan and add bay leaves, cloves, Cardamom now add the prepared gravy mix it.
  • Than add red chili powder, coriander powder, turmeric mix it And cook till the oil leaves. Now add boiled peas to it, add roasted fenugreek mix it.
  • Now add garam masala, cream /malai kasoori methi and add chopped coriander and mix.

Notes/Tips

Can be added readymade cream instead of malai. For white gravy skip tomatoes. Curd can be added. It can be served with roti paratha rice.
