- In a bowl add finely chopped methi leaves, wheat flour, ajwain, red chili powder,turmeric powder, oil, and salt. Mix everything.
- Add water and make a firm and tight dough.
- Make balls from dough and roll it into circle by dusting some flour.
- Heat a tawa/skillet on medium flame place the paratha and let it cook. Once you see bubbles, flip to the other side and drizzle some oil on top.
- Filp again and drizzle some oil to cook from both side.
- Serve with pickle or curd.
