Ingredients

  • Wheat flour (Laddu flour) 2 cups
  • Besan 3 tbsp
  • Fresh fenugreek 1 cup
  • Fresh coriander 1 cup
  • Ginger Chilli paste 2 tbsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper powder 1 tsp
  • Cumin seed 2 tsp
  • Carom seeds 2 tsp
  • White sesame seeds 2 tsp
  • Hing 1/4 tsp
  • Oil for frying + 1/2 cup

Instructions

  • Take mixing bowl add all the dry ingredients in flour and mix it well.
  • Now rub the oil in till u get the crumble texture.
  • Now add fresh coriander, fresh fenugreek and ginger Chilli paste.
  • Combine all to form a stiff dough. Add water only if required.
  • Now dip fry all in hot oil at low flame. Enjoy with tea.

Notes/Tips

Take care of water, otherwise it won't be crispy.
