  • Methi leaves
  • Besan
  • Salt
  • Oil
  • Wheat flour
  • Sesame
  • Green chillies
  • Ginger garlic
  • Curd
  • Sugar
  • Baking soda
  • Corinader
  • Cumin powder
  • Water

Instructions

  • Chop the fenugreek leaves finely. Take a bowl, add the fenugreek leaves, besan, wheat flour, curd, chilli-ginger paste, sugar, sesame, baking soda,besan,wheat flour salt and all the spices. Mix well, adding a little water. Make small balls and press,then Deep Fry the balls in hot oil. Once done, drain and serve.
