  • Oil
  • Garlic
  • Green chillies
  • Onions
  • Coriander
  • Mint
  • Spinach
  • Fenugreek
  • Butter
  • Besan
  • Cumin powder
  • Coriander powder
  • Garam masala
  • Tofu
  • Cream
  • Salt

Instructions

  • Heat oil in a pan, add garlic cloves, green chillies, chopped onions, coriander leaves, mint leaves, spinach, fenugreek leaves, salt and saute it, later transfer to a blender to make a smooth paste. Heat butter in the same pan and add chopped garlic, chickpea flour and saute it for half a minute. To it add cumin powder, coriander powder, garam masala, green paste, little water and mix it to cook till desired consistency. Add tofu and mix it, then add fresh cream and mix nicely, later switch off the flame.
