- Heat oil in a wok ,add 1 tsp Jeera and Saute,then add chopped onion and ginger garlic paste and fry till translucent
- After that trasfer the onion in a mixi jar along with Cashews and make a fine paste and keep aside .
- In the same wok add ghee ,add 1 tsp Jeera and chopped methi saag and fru for sometime . then add half cup cream and cook for some time . Add green peas and mix with the gravy add water for the consistency. Add salt to taste and cover and cook for sometime .
- After sometime ,add garam masala ,and kasuri methi ,and mix properly , methi malai matar is ready to serve .
