  • Mushroom
  • Onion
  • Garlic
  • Butter
  • Salt
  • Cornmeal powder
  • Garam masala
  • Milk
  • Spinach
  • Fenugreek
  • Nutmeg powder
  • Green chillies
  • Cream
  • Sugar

Instructions

  • Heat a pan and add onions, garlic, saute it by adding butter and green chillies cook it for a minute Add cornmeal powder, coriander powder, cumin powder, garam masala, mushroom pieces and add milk little by little, mix it well. Now add spinach and fenugreek leaves, cook it for 2 to 3 minutes. Add nutmeg powder and adjust the seasoning by adding salt. Finally, add a pinch of sugar, cream to it, mix it well. Reduce heat and simmer till the gravy thickens.
