  • Red chilli powder
  • Turmeric powder
  • Coriander powder
  • Oil

  • Garam masala
  • Lemon juice
  • Sugar
  • Oil(for frying)

Instructions

  • Take all ingredients in a bowl..
  • Mixed well n make a dough.
  • Take a small portion in dough n make ball..
  • Heat oil in kadai n frying all Fenugreek balls till get brown colour n crispy in medium flame..
  • Frying all balls n keep it side.
  • Ready for undhiyu or any Sabji you like to eat..

You will store this balls 6 months in air tiet containers..
