  • Carrot 1oo grms
  • Methi leaves 1 bunch
  • Lemon juice 1 spoon
  • Green chilli 1
  • Salt 10 grms
  • Roasted splitted chick pwd 2 spoons
  • Tadka oil 1/2 spoon
  • Coriander 1/2 bunch

Instructions

  • In a bowl add chopped carrot, chopped methi ,chopped coriander ,chickpeas pwd, salt, Mirchi sliced , lemonjuice add all nd mix properly. Now the crunchy 🥕 carrot nd methi kosambari is ready to serve. It can eaten raw ND served with jowar rotis.

Notes/Tips

You can also add raddish. This is very healthy ND nutritious for all age group.
