  • Fenugreek leaves
  • Besan
  • Fennel seeds
  • Carom seeds
  • Chilli powder
  • Oil
  • Salt
  • Green chillies
  • Coriander
  • Ajwain

Instructions

  • Take a bowl add powder of coriander and fennel seeds, ajwain, chickpea flour, salt, oil and mix them. Sprinkle some water and make a dough. Heat oil in a pan for deep-fry. Put small dumplings in oil and fry till golden color. Serve hot.
