  • Garam masala
  • Salt
  • Cumin
  • Paneer
  • Methi leaves

Instructions

  • take a kadhai and heat refined oil into it. After the oil is hot enough, add cumin seeds to it. When the seeds start sputtering add onions and saute. The onions will turn tender and brownish in colour. Then add fenugreek leaves and again saute the mixture until the water present in the leaves evaporates. Add Tomatoes And Other Spices To Prepare A Masala Next, add tomatoes, coriander powder, garam masala, turmeric powder, red chili powder and salt into the sauteed onions and fenugreek leaves. Cook until they tomatoes tenderize and turn mushy. Add Crumbled Paneer And Toss It Well Crumble paneer and add it to the mixture. Toss the everything thoroughly so that it is completely coated by the sauteed masala. Cook the paneer and methi bhurji for another 1 or 2 minutes and serve hot.
