- Heat oil in a non stick pan. Slice onions. Add asafoetida, methi dana, urad dal, mustard seeds and curry leaves and sauté. Break red chillies,methi leaves and add. Add turmeric powder and sauté. Place yogurt in a bowl and whisk. Keep it in the refrigerator to chill. Chop green chilli and add to the pan and mix well. Transfer into a bowl and let it cool down to room temperature. add the rest to yogurt and mix. Then serve.
