Ingredients

  • 1 cup whole wheat flour
  • 1 tsp oil
  • 1 tsp cumin seeds (jeera)
  • 1/4 th tsp turmeric powder
  • 1/4 cup chopped methi leaves
  • to taste salt
  • As required water
  • Oil for frying

Instructions

  • Mix flour cumin oil & salt...give it a quick mix..
  • Add methi leaves & mix well all ingredients together..
  • Knead the dough by adding water little by little...do not add too much water at a time..knead semi stiff dough
  • Rest the dough for 20 minutes...after 20 mins. knead it again & make Small balls..
  • Roll like a puri...deep fry in hot oil...
  • Hot & delicious puri is ready to serve...serve with any veg curry or, as per your wish...goes well with everything..
