  • 2 cups wheat flour 1 bunch methi leaves washed and
  • 3-4 boiled potatoes 1 onion chopped 2 tsp oil 1/2

Instructions

  • Mix flour, methi leaves, salt and oil knead it in a soft dough. Apply ghee on kneaded dough and keep it aside for 15-20 min.Mash boil potatoes.Add salt to it and mix properly. In a pan, heat oil, add ginger chili paste, sauté it. Add chopped onion sauté it till it’s translucent in color. Now add crushed coriander, red chili powder, ajwain, garam masala powder, amchoor powder. Add boiled and mashed potatoes. Mix nicely and cook for few minutes till no moisture is there in the stuffing. Sprinkle chopped coriander leaves. Cool it. Now take a small dough roll it. Add the potatoes stuffing it. Fold it, roll it. Heat a tawa add this paratha, cook from both side. Apply ghee. Paratha is ready. You can have this delicious paratha with curd or achar.
