- Take a sauce pan add 200 ml water once it comes to boiling condition
- Add the Mexican mint leaves and stir well and close the pan with lid
- Allow it to boil in the medium flame for next 5 mins
- Once it got reduced to 100 ml add the palm jaggery stir well
- Again boil it in the medium flame until it got reduced to 75 ml
- Strain the tea using the strainer
- Serve Hot!!!
