Ingredients

  • Mexican Mint Leaves/Karpooravalli
  • Palm jaggery
  • Water

Instructions

  • Take a sauce pan add 200 ml water once it comes to boiling condition
  • Add the Mexican mint leaves and stir well and close the pan with lid
  • Allow it to boil in the medium flame for next 5 mins
  • Once it got reduced to 100 ml add the palm jaggery stir well
  • Again boil it in the medium flame until it got reduced to 75 ml
  • Strain the tea using the strainer
  • Serve Hot!!!

Mexican Mint Leaves?generally it helps for soar throat,cures cough,highly helpful in nasal congestion and it also helps in digestion
