Ingredients

  • Oil
  • Finely chopped garlic
  • Finely chopped onion
  • Bell pepper
  • Blench vegetables
  • Cooked rice
  • Salt
  • Mexican seasoning/ tacos seasoning
  • Dice tomato
  • Lemon juice

Instructions

  • In pan heat the oil add onion and garlic saute for 2-3 minutes. Then add bell pepper and saute for 2-3 minutes
  • Now a blench vegetables like corn, peas, beans and carrot. Add to above mixture and mix it well.
  • Now add cook rice, salt and Mexican seasoning/ tacos seasoning and mix it well. Finally add dice tomato and lemon juice in it.
  • Rice are ready serve.

Notes/Tips

In addition u can add boiled rajma or ready beans also.
