- In pan heat the oil add onion and garlic saute for 2-3 minutes. Then add bell pepper and saute for 2-3 minutes
- Now a blench vegetables like corn, peas, beans and carrot. Add to above mixture and mix it well.
- Now add cook rice, salt and Mexican seasoning/ tacos seasoning and mix it well. Finally add dice tomato and lemon juice in it.
- Rice are ready serve.
